Shipping & Handling
Our goal is 100% accuracy on quantity and timeliness for all shipments. Orders are processed Monday – Friday. All orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 72 hours.
If we do not have an item in stock, it will typically ship within four to eight weeks.
Warranty
Silent Strike Suppressors LLC products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty cards are included with all suppressors and should be completely filled out and sent to Silent Strike Suppressors LLC or use the form on our website to activate the terms of the warranty.
Any such defect of which Silent Strike Suppressors LLC is given written notice, as provided below, within one year from the date of first purchase by a customer will be remedied by Silent Strike Suppressors LLC. This warranty is granted by Silent Strike Suppressors LLC.
Titanium baffles will corrode over time from standard use. This is normal wear and not covered under warranty.
To initiate a warranty claim: E-mail info@silentstrikesuppressors.com to get a “Return Merchandise Authorization”. Warranty claims should state the model and serial number of the product, a description of the difficulty you are experiencing, and the date of purchase. It is recommended that shipment be insured by the owner, since Silent Strike Suppressors LLC will accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Transportation and insurance charges for return to owner will be paid by Silent Strike Suppressors LLC, if the related claim is a proper claim for warranty work. The firearm should then be sent to Silent Strike Suppressors LLC.
Silent Strike Suppressors LLC reserves the right to deny anyone of their warranty if the customer is noncompliant, harassing, public defamation of people working for Silent Strike Suppressors LLC or Silent Strike Suppressors LLC itself.
Apparel
We guarantee all apparel products sold in our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you’re unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color or size of an item you may return/exchange the item(s) within 30 days.
Please follow the guidelines set forth in our apparel return/exchange policy and choose an item in another size or color or receive the appropriate refund amount.
Restrictions
Federal law prohibits the interstate sale of firearms and NFA items to people or entities not possessing a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) and/or Special Occupational Tax License (SOT). Silent Strike Suppressors LLC sells products directly to individuals, dealers, and distributors.
Individuals who purchase firearms or NFA items are required by law to obtain the product from an entity possessing a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) and/or Special Occupational Tax License, and who in turn, will sell/transfer the products only to a legally authorized retail purchaser in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Firearms or NFA items WILL NOT be shipped directly to an individual who does not hold a valid FFL under any circumstance.
