Return & Exchange Policy

The return policy applies only to items purchased directly from Silent Strike Suppressors LLC. If you are a dealer and purchased from a distributor, or an individual that purchased from a dealer, please contact your dealer or distributor for their return policy. For warranty items, please see Silent Strike Suppressors LLC’s warranty policy.

Items that adhere to the following may be exchanged or returned within 90 days for a full refund or original purchased price. In order to properly exchange or return items, please follow the below procedures:

Non-Returnable items

  • Labor
  • Items that are used or damaged (including suppressors)
  • Ammunition
  • Custom items
  • Firearms

Original purchase receipt is required in shipment for returns and exchanges. Items must be in original condition and include all accessories and packaging. Ensure that apparel items remain unworn except for trying on and have their original tags as they must remain suitable for restocking. If your product is defective, please see the warranty policy.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on suppressors.  

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange/return is due to error on our part. A return authorization number is required for returns and can be obtained by contacting Silent Strike Suppressors during the business hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm MST Monday through Thursday or Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. We recommend you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier. Silent Strike Suppressors LLC cannot replace or provide credit for any items lost during return shipping.
